Burnout happens when three conditions are met:

You’re not having fun.
You don’t feel momentum.
You’re not making money.

You can probably “drive the bus” if one or two of these are true, but once all three hit… you’re done.

You start thinking about quitting. Doing something else.

Here’s some thoughts I've had on this that can probably help you too:

The grass is greener nowhere. It’s all paved in shit.

You think your funnel isn’t working because of the algorithm. The market. The economy. The timing. Whatever.

Usually not true.

It’s not working because of you.

That’s a hard pill to swallow.

But until you learn what it actually takes to make your systems work, taking your bad habits and applying them to a new “opportunity” just lands you in the same spot - only with a new shiny object to blame.

TWO

Sometimes you feel like Sisyphus. Rolling the same boulder every day. Building new posts, tweaking offers, writing more giveaways, and it still feels like you’re pushing uphill. And you start wishing for the “fast forward” button.

The one that takes you straight to freedom.

No more setup. No more struggle. No more grind.

You’ll get there, don’t worry.

It’s called retirement home life.

Some people want to skip the hard part and jump straight to comfort. But that’s not business. That’s boredom. You need to decide if you’re in this for the game or not. Building systems is tough. But it’s also the most fun you’ll ever have.

One day when you’re older, you’ll look back and wish you could build again.

You’ll miss the struggle. The chaos. The creation.

You’ll ache for the work you used to complain about.

So, yeah.

Sometimes it feels like pushing a boulder.

But Sisyphus didn’t get paid. And he didn’t have a choice.
